No. They won't technically be on your squad - they'll be in limbo for 7 days or until you sign them.

the cup draw is already done so no, if you have any skill point`s to add too these player`s then i suggest renewing the contract then add the skill point`s to said player`s, reason saying renew contract`s now is will cost you less to resign and when added skill point`s on their value will go up
edit; as above that if player goes out off contract you have do have 7 day`s to renew BUT any skill point`s saved then you will lose them

Thanks for the responses. I'm looking forward to a nice cup draw next season then since those players won't be computed and my subs are all 1-2 stars
he will not be in your squad,you must signed a contract with him
