Just nearly got kicked out of CL.
Of A weaker team
at home
with friends as fans
without ANY chance
His formation:

What am I making wrong?
Just losing right now, always, against up to 5 or 6 points weaker teams.

Did you have any win bonus as a motivation? What were your players morale like?

It was legal, nothing wrong with the formation.

I had the max. win bonus and the moral of my players was all high.
In the second half he changed the MR with an MC, so its diamond.

Hmm stats from the match? Might have been something very wrong with your tactics, we can try to analyse it for you. Or the ratings? Maybe someone had a bad game, or is a key player less skilled and everyone else is better in your team, like GK?

my tactis are in german so here for you:
Offensive
Mixed focus
Own half Pressing
Normal tacklings
Mixed passing
Zone defence
All my midfielders and attackers hav up arrow all others down.

I changed one MC against one DMC
I changed the goalkeeper against a 26 yo stronger one with One o one stopper.
Petzold may has gotten a 5 because he missed (for the now about 15th time) free kicks.

You changed the GK and MC very early? I'm asking that because I've never seen a blank rating before. Not sure what's wrong but you can't be dominating and giving away more chances.

Yes very early, because my DMC should have played from the beginning but missed to change my formation ( I often switch DMC und middle MC) and my goalkeeper was also just for practise in game but aswell forgot to change
