Number of the players in the squad..

Our squads are limited by 22 players in the game. I think that is wrong. The name of the game is 'top eleven football MANAGER' I write it again. MANAGER. That means I am the manager and i manage my team. So, if i want i keep only 11 players in my squad or if i want i keep 111 players. It should be up to me. And also, as far as i know, there is no limit about this in real world.

It's not a challenge if you have unlimited players. Injuries wont be a problem as we'll have players readily available. There's other issues with that as well, people wont really need to sell players as we'll just keep them in the reserves and never play them.. then hardly any players will appear on the auctiom list.
