You just have to look at this forum to see how flawed this game is and how badly it is run by a bunch of amateurs.

I wish someone would have told me before I spent money in tokens because I feel I've been ripped off.

The only clever thing they have done is make it look like a great game to new players and by the time they realise what it's like it's too late you've spent your money.
