I didn't got the free 21 tokens

Hello , im playing with my friends in Top Eleven (your game),
and all my friends got free 21 tokens from paypal account, and i didnt got the
message of getting the 21 tokens ( i have paypal account so i can get the free tokens)
pls help me

probably its cause u already made a purhace,these free tokens are for persons that never bought tokens before,now if u already used u re paypal in other account it doesnt let u get those token
