referred my real life fren and fb fren to tis game, but i could not see him in my "friends' fixtures" totally! i am still getting tokens from him after completing certain tasks, but how come i could not see him and he could not see me too?

The game has many servers. The problem is you guys are on different ones from each other. You can still play friendlies & send gifts, but their fixtures are not accessible.

tot i read somewhere tat referrals will normally be in same server? so tis is how game master treat people who referred more people???

They normally will. Not always though, as you found. Usually if you are in level 1/start at the same time you will be on the same, have you been playing awhile? It could be there was no room on yours.

i going to be end of S2 while when he joined is going to be end of S1... is it tat long and server no place? well... i hav a lot interest in tis game for the start but now tis type of tings how am i going to refer any frens nx time?
