my level is lower than yours. but based on the numbers you are showing, i think you are better off to hold expanding your stadium. maybe don't hold completely, but just do it slowly. based on posts here by people in higher levels, there is a max limit on the game money the system can hold. so maybe once you reach that level or when you have more than enough money to buy all the players you need and still have excess money, then you can continue to build your stadium more aggresively.
