Why dont some players let you make an offer

If you go to Negotiations in the transfer tab and click on some players ...it doesnt give me the opportunity to make an offer !!!!!!!! why ?

i dont think you can make an offer on players more than 5 levels above you

You can only make offers for negotiation on players 3* to 5* for your level, and they must be on your server.

I've noticed this as well ...... Players you can't bid on should not be on the negotiations pages.
It's not one or two either, I'd say 30% to 40% on my negotiations page can not be bid for.

Really? I just looked at all 30 on my list and they *all* had make offer buttons. I always assumed the one or two I've encountered had been sold since I brought up the list, when I refresh it, they are gone.

Perhaps it is a bug/glitch that I have not seen ..Whenever there is a unexpected action in the game take a screen shot, this helps if later you have to request support and on here to show exactly what's happening to you. Also, always a good idea to clear Flash and browser data and refresh the page.

You can choose to 'reject' all offers on a player also. If you do this the 'Make offer' button will not be click-able.
