Just a question for experienced managers out there
If you have a 5star player with average form of say 6.5 or a 4star player with average form of 7.5 who do you play ??
do you consider form when picking teams ?
do you play all your 5star players in games just because they are 5star ??

So i for exemple play with the players who have the highest points (not stars), if their form is 6.5 i wil encrase the morale, maybe some training.
I go for quality, Class is Permanent, Form is Temporary.
Quality :) for sure, like July said, form can depend, also Alex have right too.
Take it form is pointless then ?

I am almost sure, there have to be more hidden attributes, accounted into average performance. Maybe form is short-term only when looking on last 5 games. But comparing standard deviation of the ratings of season-long form of players (top state: playing their positions, 93% won matches, morale boosted before each game to be very high; condition 95%+) I see, that even some very good players (top skills), have very unstable form and stats show, despite they have good skills comparing to opponents, and higg price - they just play bad.
sorry to hijack thread but any advice what to do with the player below, on paper hes good but is playing rubbish stopped playing him at moment as am winning my league by 2 points and don't want him to blow it :confused:
