Any helpful hints and tips ?

Im level 4 and have been doing very well however teams that i am up against are token buyers and they have caught up drastically in terms of squad and have lots more cash than me.

So far i have been doing the following.

Watching video's to get health and tokens a couple a day.
Buying free agents to sell on and make cash.
Training my players after a match.
Trying to build up my facility's however seems the ambulance cart dosn't work lots of injurys.

Any hints of tips would be great.

find a friend (or yourself, its up to you XD) to play friendlies with to win more packs. make sure you play at the higher levels home so the weaker teamll be near invincible due to the higher field upgrades. im playing with myself for friendlies around once a day and im getting an alright source of packs. just set both teams on hard defending (conserve stamina) and easy tackles (prevent injuries)
