I think the question is how many points do you expect to need at the end of the season to get promoted, expressed as an average of points per match.
Quite meaningless really, as in some seasons you need more points that others depending on who else is in your league, but a harmless poll that might be interesting for some stattos out there.
I don't get the poll either. Its an impossible question if iv got this right. Every leagues different so one season you may need 50 points (Averaging 1.8 points a game) and another season you may only need 35 points. (On the basis that the top 7 qualify)

It seems that you need between 30 to 35 points to promote.

The lowest number of points ive seen 7th place get is 38 the highest is 41.
Trying to figure out how many points you per match is pretty pointless.
