can someone help please with the negotiations part of the game,i am level 5 and when I go into the negotiations bit
there is a long list of players there,but when I see a player id like to bid for there is no tab or anything to click on to make an offer,so my questions is, why can you bid for some players on the list but not all,thanks for your time

There are a couple possibilities, one is the guy who has the player has "rejected all offers", or maybe they are on a different server (which seems less likely)

I haven't got anyone off the list, myself. But I can usually to make a bid on all the players on my list. You can also bid on your friends' players if they are on the same server (if you can see their fixtures) and really any teams' guys in any of the competitions you are in that the player is 3* to 5* from your perspective.

And they are players on your negotiations list? As I said, I expect there is a possibility the managers have selected to reject all offers. Every time someone has this issue, I go check a couple dozen players on my list. I have yet to get one I can't bid on. As always, you could try refreshing the page to see if it helps.

up. in facts, i check all of my list and no one in this status. it's strange

I have sent a request to nordeus asking for help in this matter and got no reply.just checked the negotiations list for the new season, 30 players on list, I cant bid for any of them, so wots the point in having this list

Never used this feature, but just clicked on the first 20 players from my list and I can bid on 3 of them. No option for the other 17.

obvs their a glich and as norm over weekend when no-one from Nordeus is working and come monday they will work on it and take 3 months + to fix

How many tokens do you have? Enough to meet the minimum bid requirements?
Does the situation persist if you log off and back on again? Clear cookies/cache?
