move team from one android to another

Hi guys. One small question: how can i tranfer my team from one android device (galaxy s3) to another (android too - galaxy note 3).
I have 2 team, one with facebook account and one only on phone ("let me play" option) and i want to change my phone and i dont want to lose my team.
What can i do to transfer that team?

Your team's will be on your new phone automatically once you log in. Teams are not saved to the phone but via the network.
