How to take players out from reserve?

May i know under what condition will the players being labelled reserve if he is not injured?
Reserved players are unable to make substitution during match right?
If so is there any method to avoid good quality players being labelled reserved?

In each match you can only have maximum 7 subs, the rest other than your main squad will be reserve.

Well yes you just swap the player lol.

I mean they are good but not good enough to make into first team, so i want to make them into substitution. But sometime when i swap certain player from regular formation before a match, they get labelled reserved and unable to appear in the squad during match. anyway to prevent that?

Only If they do not have a signed contract, are injured, or are suspended because of acumulated cards.

Just swap them back as a sub. Not sure what the problem is....
