Of course others will see it differently but in my experience any formation with 6 MF players will dominate 4-4-2.
I agree with all of this. My formations are usually basically 3-6-1, with the players moving around to counter my opponent in every match. I usually have all their attacking players triple marked zonally.

Regarding the OP's squad, I would also recommend you get much more flexible players. My squad is below, the DL and ML were a bit of a mistake. I've intentionally left out wingbacks in my squad.

Your defence is very thin, and I would switch your two DCs around just because the left sided one can also play DR, just my personal preference.
