    Dont see "Make Offer" icon

    Hi guys in some of my friends squad"s i see the "Make Offer" button on their players (even if for some of then it is gray,cant click it),but why on some other friends i dont even the button? Their players are the same as mine i mean , they are not too good , scour ot higher.

    Oh, maybe we are in different servers and thats why??
