Top eleven stole me a play off match and a championship too!!!

Hi, I finished last championship in first position with another player, same point, same goal differnce, same gol made. The rule says that in this case we have to play a match to choose the winner, but the match did not play and and Top Eleven assigned me the second position. Can someone tell me why?

What were the results of the two games between your teams? Maybe it was decided on head-to-head games.

maybe the match was played before than the server ends the season... or the match was simply simulated, withour managers looking the match... :/
