Why I allways end up in Cup with higer teams? Not single team in preliminary round is lower than my level. Am I "too good" or something else is there? I was thinking that Cup is maybe divided by paces, like 1-3 level, 4-6 level, 7-9 level etc, but its obviusly by stars, 14 best players in your squad.....

It's based on team quality. If you have a strong quality for your level then you'll be drawn with some teams on a higher level since their quality may be similar to yours too.

The average quality for each level is at 3 stars. If you have a 5-star team average, then you are very likely to be placed with players 2 levels higher.
