There is a skill limit of a player???

Hi, i just found out if there is a limit for a skill.

So basically my player stats are :

Defense : 15
Attack : 30.2
Physical : 20

i had 45 free skill points ( i like to save it and use it in big amount tbh) so I allocated those 45 skill points to attack that suppose to give my attack around 39.2 attack. but when i gave 24 skill points to attack, that made 35 in total for attack, i could not put more points in attack unless i put some in defence or physical first.

I just want to know if there is a formula for maximum skill point in one category against the other two categories. Thank you very much. Hopefully you guys understand reading this.lol.

it says if i need to increases the defence skills first in order to raise my attack. eventhough i raise my physical skill, it wont allow me to increase my attack. so now its like 1 defence point for 1 attack point. i dont know about this before.

Your highest stat cannot be more than 20 than your lowest stat. Bump his defence up to 15.2 and his attack can go to 35.2, etc.
