Can friendly match gain more skill points?

than regular training? Also, are there any differences between three different training? stretching+cardio has same effect as practice match?

i find training is a lot better for skill point`s as friendlies are really only for getting packs

No You only get 2 or 3 skill points playing a friendly just train your players the harder you train the more skill points the harder you train the more money it will cost you .
