    I once played in a league higher than my manager level and got 7* scouts,
    but the Lvl 14 manager plays one league level lower.

    Question: Does he get regular 6* scouts or 5* (because of the lower league level)?

    Dude, Im in a league where ALL the players are a level higher than myself at the mo. Have won 3 games in the entire league. A bit unfair.
