message can't be display correctly

Sometimes, the message can't be displayed correctly. Only top half of the characters are displayed. BTW, I am using iphone 5s. Is this a bug? Also, the whole message can't be displayed. Only the first line is displayed followed by a "..."

It sounds like a overly large font issue. I do not have the Iproduct version, this is only a surmise. I think (unless a Apple guru gives an answer here) you might want to put in a request for Nordeus Support <-link
