Training a special ability

Hi guys , i have a player AML/ML, he is not bad 21 years , 71Q (75 are scouts for me , Level 11) 26.4 M . I want to train him Shadow Striker ability,but does it worth? Will it be better to spend those 50 points on his stats or no ? I have 96 Treatments and 145 Rest packs , for power training.

I personally don't train special abilities unless he is 18 yrs old. That way I know I can use that special ability for at least another 4-5 seasons before selling.

With 21 years old you can keep him maybe more 2 seasons or 3
I would prefere spending on quality.

While you train the special ability the player do not increase His market value.

If u are level 2-3-4, u shouldn't train anyone.
U should but 5* at starters, and keep them as 4* reserves, for the next season.
Not more.
