Hi. I'm now playing my 13th season on top eleven and havent got a single striker from my U-21! Always some DR,DC,DL,MC,AMC. Is there any option where i can choose which type of players i want from my U-21? My youth academy is on max level (10) if that matters to something.

And also i'd like to ask what is the best place (where i have to pay less tokens) to buy players? Negotiations? Auctions? Got now 41 tokens so should i wait to when i get 50 so i can buy one from "Scout"?
