you want to how this games works ? i`v been here 15 seasons and other`s longer and we still can`t figure it out

I bet you didn't know when you power train, if you start the training session, right when the clock runs out, you get less gain.
Practical example from today, when the clock runs out 20 something gain, after 1 minute 30 something gain.

You still want to tell me i can't learn how this game works?

It doesn't seem like that for me. All my gains seem random whether or not it comes right after the clock runs out. (Hitting below and above the average gains posted on July Fourth's training guide)
