upload a photo of team

Hi all i can see alot of people uploading a photo of there squad, formations, opponents etc how do you do this? I have tried to share a photo but all it wants to do is upload it to facebook?

My game doesn't connect to facebook well, so I can't upload photos to facebook. I just take a print screen and crop out the edges. Then upload the photo on a image hosting site (such as photobucket or imgur) and post here.
