Wtf has happened to my team!!!!!!

hi i was on my 2nd season winning the league and the group stages of the cup, until yesterday when after all the problems with the server and not been able to log on when i finally could my team had gone all my tokens WHICH I PAID FOR had gone and the game had restarted from the beginning, so i've lost everything. can anyone help please.

hi i've contacted them but they wanted my facebook id but will this id be the same in the new game as my old game?

Log into your current game and go into the "Help" section of the game. You should be able to find your Facebook ID there. That's the one you should send to support.

So my team and tokens missing and I'm still awaiting response from Nordeus, brilliant way of treating people who pay for there products NOT!!!!!!
