you can do one of two things if you want two teams then open another facebook account, if you want to quit the team you are playing now then you have to wait for 70 days and NOT log in during that time

1. Wait for 70 days with out log in and current team disappears.

2. Open a new FB account, just for playing, or use the "just play" on the app if you are playing on mobile.
