long weekend ?? means they are on holiday as No-one from Nordeus works weekend but if there is problem with these video`s then you`d think they would let us know especially after the last time and it took 3 months to fix but 10 weeks to let us know what was happening despite all the questions and compliant`s before they eventually let us know what was happening
