No, I do not believe it will affect match kick-offs.
The match times, uhm.. I believe they are working toward having them be more reasonable to the time zone that you are actually in, but this is hopefully a future thing, right now.. it seems they are somewhat random!

Oh, the reason that I want to change the country is because of that timezone. The matches always starts at 2 or 3 am which is too late to watch. I created another account using the country that I'm living in, and the matches of that account starts at 19 pm.
