    Friendly matches...weaker or stronger opposition?

When playing arranged friendlies, is to better to play against a weaker team or to play a stronger one?
A stronger one may give you a better workout ( more skill points), but injuries may apply, while a weaker one should boost morale and incur less injuries?

Weaker, Always get blues and less chance of getting bookings for a red booster.

So are you playing for the boosters ..primarily? I cannot see the benefit if an injury occurs. If the second stringers are playing, then it has to be a skill points training run.
Would friendlies not be more rewarding if more skill points were obtained by the players having a tougher workout, instead of the miserly green and red booster. I'll leave the blues to Slow Hands and BB King.

I hardly ever use the blue booster. IS there a purpose to this?
I saw the players morale jump 10 points after a friendly and also lose points ad well???

So level 6 going on 7, cash from friendlies is 15k for a full house and 20k for 2% possession. Immaterial.

Do I then wait for later on to earn meaningful gate fees and stay away from friendlies?? Or do I go for skill points and experiment against a weaker team? I can get 3 to 4 friendlies a day against two very weak teams, but the players are not getting the gain as from a higher level team, but again, the risk of injury. What to do?

u can go against weaker for boosters as said above.
Play against stronger if u want to prepare ur tactics and formations for the upcoming tough matches. If ur stronger friend plays the same formation as ur upcoming opponent, play a match with ur main team to check out tactics against that formation and decide ur lineup for that match

I think more skill points should be obtained from friendlies than for training. One friendly perhaps should equal two batches of training. I say this because in real life, managers and coaches always say that NOTHING can compare to match practice.

To answer the OP - I always find I get more skill points against better opposition but that's outweighed by it taking away more condition and the higher chance of injuries.

I've never really thought of playing friendlies as a means of obtaining booster packs. Prefer watching the promo videos and for me I think power training is much more beneficial to improve players than playing friendlies.
