Sorry,but this is not just "football"!
Everyone who care about his team, watch the game,training his players every day 3 - 4 time,use the right tactics,use players with minimum 95% health... IS TROLLED ALL THE TIME !!! ... ...

Yeah, I don't get trolled very often.. maybe once a season each team. Certainly not "ALL THE TIME"... and I try to show up for matches (when I'm awake) and train my guys and try and use tactics and formations to counter my opponent. So please don't generalize so far...
