I'm trying to loose my matches

I'm glad someone hasd mentioned this (20% Possession);

Some of you may have seen that I lost my 6 best players in a 42 second spell in December which decimated my team, and since I've been languishing around the bottom of league 10. Only recently I've managed to buy a few players and get at least three defenders again. My team looks like this;

DC DC DC
DMC DMC
ML MC MC
AMC
Striker

it's described as a 3-5-2 formation, but EVERY Match I never get better than 20% possession? Can anyone advise? I'm happy to post screenshots?
