Here u r who is winning and asking whats the problem and here are others who are losing and asking whats the problem.... The problem is Nordeus. Nordeus Game Engine does just the opposite of what a player wants. U want to lose? I will give u 1 advice. Try to win and u will keep losing. Some of you may have seen that I lost my 6 best players in a 42 second spell in December which decimated my team, and since I've been languishing around the bottom of league 10. Only recently I've managed to buy a few players and get at least three defenders again. My team looks like this;

DC DC DC
DMC DMC
ML MC MC
AMC
Striker
it's described as a 3-5-2 formation, but EVERY Match I never get better than 20% possession? Can anyone advise? I'm happy to post screenshots?

I tanked during 2 seasons, in the level 10 to win the league, and try to win this season the CL, and the 7th league.
I remember that with a formation... well... the ST for GK and all players in 2 lines as assistants in the match , I won some matches...
maybe your problem is the quality...
put your worst players, "0" condition, "0" payment for victory, of course... and the price of entrances high just to don't recive the 5% + of posesion....
too, don't select players to substitute, in the case of injurie...
and... that's what I did... too don't see the match...
and I think that's all...
the only form to loose for sure is to have all team injuried, (if you have less than 11 players to play match, I think,... if remember well...) in this case, the match is suspended and you loose 3-0.. or 2-0... but... injurie all team when you wanna tank is a bigger work than heal your team when you need it LOL

How do you loose a match? Move it outside the stadium and remove all the boundary lines?
Now, if you want to lose, (note the spelling) then set all your players on the wings .. leave the entire middle of the field unoccupied.

Actually, I prefer to play all my guys out of position, EVERYONE in the Attacking half. Normal mentality with NO Counter Attacks and Short passing with No Offside Trap
