Problem with ball possession

Hi every one.

Maybe i have a bug or something wrong in my team, but all this season, i began my matches with an opponent's possession at 80%. Whatever the oppenent, it never changed. Sometimes, at the 70-80th min i managed to reverse the trend, but it's very difficult.
The players' moral is good in general, i have bonus of possession everytime, all players are placed where it's better for them. I don't know where is the problem.

I contacted Nordeus Support, they didn't identify my problem.
I don't what i can do, so i ask you all.

U r playing an illegal formation. U need to have at least 1 player on eack flank(extreme side of the pitch) but not more than 2. At least 3 defenders. Atleast 1 ST. Atleast 1 DMC or MC. At least 4 players ahead of the Half Line. If u miss out on any one of these, u will have an ilegal formation and 20% possession. See more on this thread-
