Not just overall Q determines how a player performs. How you have allocated points to his attributes, where you play him in matches, arrows, orders/formation, morale and condition can also affect how they perform. Younger players can take awhile to determine if they will work in your team.

i had a DC 18y in level 3 and his stats were like 5 all the time ,but in level 4 now he is my best DC.Just don't sell them.

But i never had the will to wait for it
I allways sell them / never buy them, if they have bad grades.
If i don't see the grades hen i buy them(no matches played in the season/18yo), and the player sux, he's on the transfer list right after the game.
Level 1 - League 3rd place (started late, in the season)
Level 2 - League 2nd place, CL 2nd place (both due to troll results)
Level 3 - League 1st place, CL 1st place, Cup (lev 6) 3rd place
Level 4 - League 1st place, CL 1st place
Bought 28 Tokens, referrals 32 Tokens, won 3 Tokens.

as far as I saw, vote aren't really correlated with quality in a match, i.e. alot of time I scored 7-8 goals and the opposite gk got a 7 :-)
I just think that if your players aren't involved in the match their vote is generally low. So I suppose that you play only on the wings... and I'm not surprised at all that your mc get lower vote. Who cares?
