With 18 players in my squad, 3 retiring at end of season, so I will have 15 next season. Since I am assigning skills to the retirees, the saved SPs are on 15 players only. So I need 225 Skills to increase 1 Q in average...... Impossoble. But I will go gor at least 125 SPs...
