Translation of what turkish friends has typed;

Please help me;

When i click and see the Transfer List; there is only 3-4 players with 5 stars, this was same in previous season also but 2 seasons ago everyting was normal.. For two seasons i have problem with my transfer list because of having so little number 5 star players, but when we see my friend trasnsfer list who are playing same season with me (we are also in the same league) there are so many 5star player in his/her transfer list.

Is this normal ? What makes this differences ? How can i go up the number of 5 star player as my friends have ?
