This game is supposed for the people from all time zones. Why they set quiet hours? It's unfair for people from certain time zones, isn't it?

There is no set quiet times, it is when people on your server are asleep, that is when it is quiet. That's all.
Expressed above is my own opinion. ☻ Your results may vary.

in my time zone between 2am and 5am is time without ends auctions, this is bad for me becouse I can be online in this time; best time for buying for me is between 11am and 3pm, my time is GMT +1

Perhaps I am missing something. Quiet, as in there aren't people selling their players, or, as in there aren't many generated players? the two are opposites mostly. Players are generated at the beginning of the day and when there are not enough players for sale.
Servers have managers from a variety of physical places on them, there's a possibility the majority on yours are not in your particular time zone.

The server reset and NorGens at done at a specific time each and eveyday, Correct.
Auctions only seem to open an hour+ after reset and the expensive young players are another hour or two after that.
There is no inconsistency, or randomness as to when NorGens are available and maybe it should.
Is it unfair or unfortunate for those who are fast asleep , at studies, away from game access on a daily basis, during that fixed timeframe.
My server resets at 4.30am , auctions alive from 6 to 8 am, it's summer here.
I like to think, I get first preference on this server, cause the east is very inactive and the west have just shut down. Europe is 1 to 2 hours before a cold dawn. The Middle East is around.
Sorry if this has already been raised but i am a newbie on here. I think it would be a great idea if you could place some sort of proxy bids or bid on a player then instruct the game to bid up to a limit automatically the amount of tokens you are prepared to loose. E.g you could register you interest in a player then instruct the game to bid automatically when the auction is under way for say 10 rounds! This would be good for bids that end in the early hours etc!
