I want to ask you - what is the impact of special skills in the game? What is the coefficient?

They get the advantage of a star extra when the special skill applies, I believe.
This is why I try to be careful now when training special abilities, and try and make them in line with what the player's best attribute is.

I think it's still a bit difficult to tell whether they're advantageous or not. I think some more than others perhaps. For example, I've got a guy with free-kick ability who tends to score regularly from FK's. Yet a bloke with penalty taking ability has missed the only two he's taken - he's also my best striker, so it's not as if he's a bad player.
