What to do against 5.0 weaker teams?

My team is fairly good, young, gets one defeat every 20 games and today I loss 4-0 against a much weaker team fielding 2 star players and not even one 5 star. Mind you I had 60% possession and my opponent was not even online.

I've come to find out that most final results are already decided when the game starts.
