academy players

I would like to get a team of academy players and power train. At the moment I receive players every 16 days, does anyone know if I can add game player to my friends list and buy their academy players they don't want.also is this legal in the game ?

You can only buy players they have *signed* however so the best youth, the one they paid up to 24T for, they might not be inclined to sell after they already paid tokens for him. The freebie youth won't be a fast trainer most of the time they are average at best, though the level difference is key - if they are 5* to you they might be worth getting, but not power training.
