Do players gain 5% condition during a match in case resting just complete at the same time?

As I remember, the conditions gained in this situation in the past. So today I managed player conditions to around 95% before the match to avoid wasting condition gain. However, there was no condition gain during the match today. Does the game changed the rule on this?
