New Striker Lost One to One Ability

I bought new striker with one to one ability through negotiation. However, when I completed the transfer, the stiker ability lost. Do anyone know what happen here? is it bug?

Yes theres a bug going around that is causing players to lose their special abilities at the moment

Open up a ticket at support.nordeus.eu, they should help you get the special ability restored.
