You are right ! You have a bad market list cause i think 4 stars players from level 17 and 3 stars players from level 18 are not listed in your market as it would be with the old tranfert market !
So you have six 5 stars players who are not exciting at all in your list , except when it is a NG wich is very rare now ... Maybe you can stand for 3 stars players from level 18 who are next to be 4 star but 6 stars for you ( 2 level diférence ) in the nego list but sometimes they are not exciting at all ...
The only thing the new transfert list is good to , is first to encourage tokens buyer to buy in the scouts lists ans to spend 50 tokens for each players , and secondly the new transfert market is quite good to make one or two seasons of tanking because players in the new list are boring , so making a pause is quite good ans tanking !
Sorry Nordeus, but your new system is a big fail , but if you think that you could only rule your game with tokens buyer like other games compagny in other games ( i think of Kabam for example , i was a player of Kingdoms of Camelots ) , you will be a big mistakes cause your old players will leave too !

well i have 1600 tokens and no-where (transfer market) to spend them as can`t sell which results in no buying but then again market is donkey ass as no decent player`s for sale either from teams selling because if they do go up for sale they prob end up in old market, so this means even more token saving because i can`t sell or buy with this new market, so what are going to do Nordeus to rectify this nonsensical new transfer market where we can`t sell or buy ????
let`s see if we can make this simple for them to understand
OLD MARKET - EASIER to sell which in turn made it easier to buy = tokens spent = buying more tokens
NEW MARKET - CAN`T SELL which in turns means can`t buy = saving tokens = not needing to buy tokens
hope this makes it easier as even a 5 year old can get which is better

If we make a list of players on each server, we could buy players off each other, using the neg list?

The way I see it, there is still a glimmer of hope. The fact that not all servers are migrated yet would indicate that Nordeus do see a blip in the grand plan - perhaps excessive inactivity on the servers they did migrate. Otherwise there is absolutely no reason why all servers should not be sharing in the same misery. I suppose the start of next season will indicate which way the pendulum swings.

Interesting to try and predict how this could evolve and Im sure Nordeus are / have done their homework as well.
As with most businesses, you need to Farm your Installed Base and Add to it through New Customer acquisitions.
The Nature of the IB is to decline - erosion is a fact of life and companies need to offset this erosion (decline) with one of 3 strategies
1. Acquisition Rate higher than Erosion Rate. 2. Retention: Keep your major customers happy - slow the rate of decline while acquiring reasonably. 3. OverFarm : Increase Revenues from IB while it declines (Reducing acquisition rate and Increasing Erosion)
Looking at this Game, Id suggest there were 4 categories of Managers.
Heavy Token Buyers - yeah - weve all seen them. These are the premium customers and need to be protected. The NTM does not really make much of a difference to them as they usually start at 6* buys and PT to higher levels. If anything, the NTM now treats them better as other managers can not (will not) compete - so we already get 2 classes of Teams - Lets call this one the 6* Club
Then there are the "Casual" Tokeners - who buy every now and then - just to maintain a decent competitive team. This group would also include the T-Farmers (where available). Usually buy the odd scouts but largely young 4* (for PT) or 5* off the market. The NTM impacts this group the most - especially on the selling side and I feel that Nordeus is trading (Read: Risking) off a percentage of this part of their IB in order to keep the 6* Club Happy. ...High Volume-Low Spend VS Low Volume-High Spend.
Then of course there are the Part-Timers. This would be the existing managers who are quite happy to run 3* / 4* teams and let them decline into oblivion. All Noobs would initially start off like this but then come through / evolve as the 6* Club or 5* Club future. Of course with the Casuals having a rough ride, Nordeus apparent strategy would be that of the New Managers joining, they would prefer to retain only those who would move straight to the highest level.
I think in about 6 - 12 seasons from now - there would be 2 distinct classes of teams - the "6*+" and the "3*-4*".... basically an evolution of this game into a sort of "Premium - Pay to Play" & "Regular - Free to Play" division.

well it`s 6 days and counting for market to come back or a MAJOR improvement and if nothing happens i`m off and i`m also guessing this so called 12 million player`s here will also drop dramatically because you as a company are going backwards

*LOL* - The 12mil players really gets me chuckling. Even if 1% of these 12 mil supposedly active users visited the forum - and thats really lowballing it.... that would be well above the current stat of Most Users EVER Online in the forum - which sits at a grand total of less than 9000. - EVER!
