When doing any offers or videos it is a good idea to have all ad, popup, script blockers turned off.

I have no idea why your offer isn't complete. Take screen shots whenever a step is complete or whatever it shows like that, for your records and for any disputes with the offer provider, who is whom you need to contact when you don't get Tokens.

try turning off your adblocker. it could make that problem.

i had it turned off ...
