I noticed who I had to play in the Champs league and I always check out the team and rating and noticed this guy has a rating of over 34 in season 3. I looked at his players names and saw that they were all pro names and thought that this can't be right.
Is he cheating or can you actually buy real life players in this game?
He doesn't spell very well. You can change your players' names by clicking on them in your squad page, and clicking on the pencil somewhere at the top left of the pop-up profile.
Regarding their quality, he probably bought scouts and some of them went up to 7*.

i guess you're playing with your mobile? this feature is only available in computer mode i think..

level 4, and he has ozora tsubasa with level 45. And the player names can be changed using token

No other way to see tokens (1.8k) held by another club as far as I'm aware.
