If you buy players at 29 quality, then they will be scout at 30 quality. But this depends on your level.

You can get about 3-6 tokens a day, maybe more. If you watch every day, you get quite a lot in a season

every season players lost 1 star ?? i can be scout one season and not the other so.

Scouts have better stats but having one wont mean you will win every game. It just means you have a better player

If you're buying at Lvl2 a Player with 29 quality, you can train him easily to 30 which means Scout and Six Stars´. During Season
this player also collects SkillPoints in Matches and Training, so you may get him close to 34 Quality. Next Season he has only 5 Stars,
But you can train him up to 35 Quality, which means Scout again (6 Stars). But keep in mind, younger players gain Skill easier than older ones.

22/100 means that's how many points you have. You need 100 points for a token. You just need to wait There are new videos every day, I get about 5-10 new videos a day, enough for 3 tokens. You can also watch some videos twice
