    Holding back on skill points

Until the new season. Anyone do this? What are the benefits of doing so??

I don't think it makes a difference to the new cup draw or the league placement, as the game engine seems to accrue the points automatically whether you apply them or not.
It will make a difference if players contracts have to be renewed as their wages will be lower until you add on the skill points.

I did think it would make a difference with the contracts. As my budget isn't great (due to a lack of cup football) I'll probably benefit from saving a few quid on contracts so I can use I buy new players.

i have over 1000 skill saved and 9 off my player`s need new contracts next season so when new season start`s their value will go down costing me less in sign on fee`s but when i add the skill their value will go back up

a rough estimate if do contract now will cost me around 90 mill if add skill on now and renew will cost around 120 mill but for new season i`l be looking at around 65 mil to renew
