hey guys, i need some advices here

i have a scout (Corner) play RLC AM , he will be in the team for 2-3 years.
i have also a 19 yo(Shadow) player C-L AM and now i want to add a 3rd position, what should i do.
on the next 3 year, only a AM CM ST ones who rest in the teams, the others sell or change

My season has started off pretty good really

I lost one in CL but I think I should get through Group anyway.

The most interesting match was this:

got there late, had some supporters (there before me ) was losing 2-0. I started with Maple Leaf, but changed out wingers, went 3 4 1 2 moving Hailwood forward and arrowed, and then ended as pictured, started defensive went to normal with whole pitch.
